Well, another ripping issue and nobody wants to talk about it...so I will do the first step...I just do not agree with many of Laurents reviews but let us put that to the personal musical taste...I think Hanker and Falcon are more than awesome, Pentagram as well...and Brocas Helm are 10 out of 10 and no point less...for me ;)

Thanks Irish!!!! Glad you appreciate the blood and sweat put into it..I wisdh MORE people would feel concerned about it...the response is lame... the editorial's response is inexistant..does that mean people don't care about anything? Probably...shame..a real shame in my eyes.
Don't cry people when I'll give up.

I hope you keep up your great work with Snakepit magazine! Can't think of anything better than reading the latest Snakepit Issue while listening to some of the classic bands featured in the mag.

Don't let Snakepit die!

Thanks Hades..... I wish more people would feel the same way.... but like I said it's gonna be hard to continue for me for many reasons, lack of positive response, lack of time (private life).....

In the words of Cmdr. Peter Quincy Taggart, "Never give up, never surrender!" (Galaxy Quest)

Snakepit is too good to let die. Besides, I worked for twenty freakin' years to get the new album reviewed in Snakepit! :D

(it would help if I could spell too!)

At least there are now reviews on the Hellion Website for Othyrworld...our little propationesse nearly went mad putting the CDs into the cases...hahaha...well...now we can start creating a buzz around it...even though most of the songs are well known to me, I love this album to death and...Laurent...it needs a review in Snakepit Issue 15 and the metalheads need an Issue 15 with more crazy interviews...

LOL, yes packing those cases is a PITA!

Thanks for the reviews on the Hellion site - now I need to learn a foreign language (German for instance) to read them! Points if you get that reference! ;)

Oh yeah, if you were interested in an interview, I might even be able to get oe finished by the fall. LOL

Yeah Jeff an interview would be cool....I should work on this...need to find time and INSPIRATION...if only I could be as inspired as your material is....that would be awesome! That new OTHYRWORLD release RULES SUPREME!!!!! GET IT RIGHT NOW METALHEADS AROUND if you're looking for the REAL stuff!!!!

Thanks Laurent!

I don't really think you want to follow my way of working, but I just break the job down into manageable pieces, work on those until I'm satisfied, and eventually everything gets done. Walking into the project at the start is a very daunting thing. My to do list for the next album is way too long.

Oh dear...perfection is death... ;) Ha... But if it is the perfection created by Mr. Ulmer it is pure life, pure magick... :) ...so c'mon...don't hurry but c'mon...give us more...more...more...same goes for Laurent...what about a Ritual Steel Interview? :P

Actually, it's not about perfection, at least not from a technical standpoint, it is about making all the right mistakes! :)

Thanks again for the comments, you guys are too generous.

Just got in issue 14 as well- another stellar issue filled to the brim with high quality interviews and critical reviews. That Anvil Chorus interview has to go down in history as the longest and most thorough feature on the band, probably the longest in Snakepit history, right Laurent?

Finally nice to see a full length Trouble feature, and also great to see something on Onslaught.

Please continue on with issue 15, even if it takes some more time than usual, you know that the ardent follower love the history capturing and multiple interview perspectives that no other magazine will take the time to do quite like Snakepit.
