Is there any organized bus or other transportation to Bad Mergentheim and/or Tauberbischofsheim after KIT in the night? I didn't see any busses last year, but we had to leave a bit too early so maybe just missed those.

Also information where to find normal bus schedules at day time would be welcome, for arriving to KIT.

We won't have special busses..there are normally always Taxis waiting outside. For bus schedules you can check here:

Maybe it is good to know that the name of the train station in Lauda-Königshofen is namend "Königshofen (Baden)" in the "Deutsche Bahn"-page (www.bahn.de). From there it's a ten minutes walk to the location.

3 € per ride, LK - Königshofen, Rathaus is the station closest to the festival.
