Warlord is happy to announce, that the much awaited vinyl edition of “The Holy Empire” will be available soon from newcomer label “Alone Records”. Alone with a continuous presence in the metal scene through their mail order and brick-a...nd-mortar store since 1995, approached us with an offer we just couldn’t refuse. Alone has been a great partner to Sons Of A Dream Music LLC and Warlord, being one of the two SOADM distributors in the Balkans even providing their location for a meet-and-greet with fans during Warlord’s concert in Thessaloniki, Greece this past April.
Emmanuel Emmanuelides of Alone Records says: “We’ve been contemplating starting our own label for a long time now and once we learned that Warlord would be focusing on their other projects before embarking in the release of a vinyl version of ‘The Holy Empire’ we decided that now was the time to do it. We’re elated and very proud that we’re starting our label presence with a literal ‘bang’. It’s not every company that can claim that their first release is a Warlord album!”
“The Holy Empire” (Cat#: Alone-001) will be presented in a high quality gatefold double LP format pressed on virgin vinyl by the same factory that pressed the CD version, for printing quality as well as audio fidelity, in 1,500 numbered copies.
Due to Alone Records being based in Thessaloniki, Greece, the LP edition will also contain a live track from Warlord’s concert in Thessaloniki this past April which will be announced shortly and won’t be available anywhere else.
