MfG

11/5/2004 - HIGH VAULTAGE Reissuing STORMTROOPER Classic
High Vaultage Records have announced the imminent CD reissue of STORMTROOPER?s classic Armies Of The Night album.
Armies Of The Night was Stormtrooper?s first and last ever vinyl release in 1985. Originally a five-track mini LP, the title has become a sought-after rarity in the last two decades, fetching prices of $200+ for mint copies lately.
This CD reissue is the title?s first legit release in digital format, adding a host of exclusive, previously unavailable bonus tracks (marked *) such as older alternate versions of all five MLP tunes cut in 1984, four 1988 demo songs, plus rare soundtrack takes recorded by Stormtrooper singer Damien Black for the real death video blockbuster The Coroner's Camera. The 16-page booklet includes comprehensive historical liner notes by That's Metal author Martin Brandt and all song lyrics.
The reissue of Armies Of The Night features the following tracklisting: ?The Reaper Intro?, ?Armies Of The Night?, ?Steamroller?, ?Search And Destroy?, ?The Beast Within?, ?The Reaper? (Alternate Version*), ?Armies Of The Night? (Alternate Version*), ?Steamroller? (Alternate Version*), ?Search And Destroy? (Alternate Version*), ?The Beast Within? (Alternate Version*), ?Rock Show? (Demo*), ?Rock On Rebel? (Fight For The Cause) (Demo*), ?Will You Come Out Tonight? (Demo*), ?The Golden Peak? (Demo*), ?The Coroner's Camera? (Take One Soundtrack*), ?The Coroner's Camera? (Take Two Soundtrack*), ?The Coroner's Camera? (Take Three Soundtrack*) and
