SEAMOUNT update -Working on new full length- Sacrifice:III-

Epic doomrockers Seamount are nearing completion of their 3rd full length CD "III : Sacrifice" to be released once again on the prestigious The Church Within Records (Germany) with the beautifully graced cover art of legendary fantasy artist Boris Vallejo (Ozzy Osbourne, Flotsam and Jetsam, ...). Release date TBA. Seamount release their most mature record to date and looking forward to European tour dates once again in the Spring of 2011.

Great news!!! I really like the first two Seamont records. I actually was waiting for a vinyl release of "Light II Truth", is this still going to happen?
However, I'm really looking forward to the new album. The show at the Doom Shall Rise festival was really crushing, by the way...
The artwork is quite nice, though if you ask me, it seems a bit out of place in the Seamount context. I guess this is "just" commissioned and wasn't done with the record in mind, or am I wrong?

I actually was waiting for a vinyl release of "Light II Truth", is this still going to happen?

weil ich einfach den englischen news-text verwendet habe und auf englisch gefragt wurde. aber trotzdem guter einwand von dir. also deutsch.

Nachdem die SMB Bürokraten ja bereits festgestellt haben, dass dieser Thread eigentlich in das "All Guns Blazing" Forum müsste, wäre es vielleicht ganz gut, wenn ihn jemand dann auch dort hin verschieben könnte. Wäre schade, wenn dieses Album hier untergehen würde, die ersten Songs des Albums sind auf Myspace und hören sich wirklich sehr gut an.

Als ich das Cover gesehen habe, wusste ich, dass ich die Platte als LP brauche! Die Musik klingt auch gar nichtmal übel.

The Ancient (vor allem) und Gettin Through sind beide herrlich, ganz genau so wie ich es mir von Seamount wünsche!! Mystisch, rockig, melodisch, relaxt, ich freu mich aufs Album
