Das wäre natürlich schon auch ein Hammer B)

Das ist definitiv keine METAL Einstellung. Für BULLDOZER wäre dies eine tolle Chance gewesen nach der langen Zeit wieder mal für ihre Fans zu spielen, aber anscheinend agiert das THRASH ASSAULT Festival dafür nicht ?professionell? genug. Wir werden uns nun nach einer Ersatzband umsehen, die in dieser Hinsicht weniger Starallüren und dafür mehr Eier in der Hose hat.

for us it is a little embarassing to post this news, but BULLDOZER have cancelled their show at THRASH ASSAULT only two days after their confirmation. The bands says, that our announcement was not good enough for the status of a band like BULLDOZER and would have been ?cheap?

Das Statement ist schon ein rechter Witz, hier die Mail von AC Wild, damit ihr euch eure eigene Meinung bilden könnt, was die nun schwätzen ist mir pillepalle:

I discussed with our record Company, one of the editor of Italian Metal Hammer and with the Band. We watched again your official communication and the communication of Blabbermouth. There are two things to be pointed out:

1) Still, it seems that Bulldozer is the opening act of the festival. Generally all the opening acts are announced with the phrase "+ special guest......" . "Plus" generally is intended as an opening act. In my message my brequest was "special event" and BULLDOZER ........ The way you presented Bulldozer is "cheap" and basically is not what we agreed, specially if you consider the second point.

2) Since the very beginning I told you about our project which is the main priority and that this event would have been the very first return of Bulldozer after 20 years. The announcement of this event presented Bulldozer together with Baphometsblood, both bands participating at the festival, as two bands at the same level....that's how almost every websites and many fans got the message. In particular in Italy where we have a lot of fans, the news was understood in that way.

Those two points created a big image-damage to our coming project (we started making big investments in publicity, a lot in Germany).
The only way to repair partially the damage (the damage unfortunatly cannot be totally avoided) is deny the news and cancel Bulldozer participation at TA 4. You can say that the paricipation had been postponed, or,simply cancelled since the parties did not reach an agreement. I want to believe that you acted in good faith and I understand you really wanted Bulldozer to be there but we must protect our project and repair the damage. Unfortunatly at the moment I can't see a different solution. Of course I'm very sad for that
