Does Hellion offer it for $ 60 shipping to the us? You can get it also from www.nuclearblast.de or me directly...

At the KIT Store the DVD is 15 EUR and shipping to the US as certified airmail letter is 8.05 EUR. That's roughly 34 USD at the current exchange rate.
