Today, on the 31st of August I just signed a deal with German label CYCLONE EMPIRE to release the history of the band. Although it will NOT contain the early demo's of the band it will include a titanic amount of rare and unreleased material not readily available together for the first time as well as the standard albums and a DVD

Contained will be

"LAMENTATIONS" CD with bonus tracks being the "RAGNAROK" Demo from 1994

"HALCYON" CD with bonus tracks being the "DRUNKEN DUNGEON SESSION" Demo 1997 (All FIVE tracks as opposed to the three track commercially available at the time), "DRUNKEN DUNGEON SESSION II" demo which is the cover version of CANDLEMASS' "Solitude" with KARL SIMON of THE GATES OF SLUMBER providing the vocals, "WINTER MOON RAPTURE" Chiswick Reach demo version from 1994 and more...

"NEW DARK AGE" CD with bonus tracks being covers of TRESPASS and IRON MAIDEN.

"SINISTRAL VISTA'S" DVD featuring full live sets from Lithuania in 1994, England in 2000 (Including the unreleased songs "BLOODFEUD" and "AEQUINOCTIUM II", The promotional video for "THE SLEEPING TYRANT", footage and interview from WOA 2000, Select cuts from various other live shows, Flyer and photo gallery.

In addition the Boxset will come complete with a book detailing the history of the band written by myself, where I shall recount numerous anecdotes and ramble incoherently a load of old bollocks in the vain hope of entertaining you all.

Each album will be remastered, and repackaged to give maximum value for money, with alot of original artwork lovingly restored by my mate after I leathered him with a pool cue and smashed his head off the table a few times. The individual CDs will have entertaining and informative liner notes written by Mr S**** of S*****, and a whole new thanks list where I shall thank alot of you who were not originally on the thanks lists in the futile hope you might buy me a drink should we meet.

Did I mention, that all the SOLSTICE CD's will be available too as separate issues at mid price with all the extras, except the DVD which will only come with the boxset.

Beide Lieder sollten ja auf der nächsten LP "To sol a Thane" stehen. "Aequinoctium II" kenn ich nur ohne Gesang, "Bloodfeud" kenn ich gar nicht. *freu*

Sehr, sehr erfreuliche News! Jetzt muss der Rich nur seine S-Mannschaft wieder am Ball kriegen und 2006 wird metallisch gar noch besser als es bisher schon war.
Freue mich sehr auf das Buch (wird wohl sehr komisch werden) und die DVD.

"Aequinoctium I" steht schon seit ein paar Wochen auf der Seite...genialast-ober-goettllichst. Wenn der Rest genauso stark ist.... :huh:

"Regarding the demo's, each of the 1st three demo's will be reissued seperately as a limited LP of 100 copies only in silkscreened cover. These will be made in the spring when i finally get around to finishing everything off. they will not be released on CD, and they'll be offered first to the members of the MISKATONIC forum, then sold off through mailorder if any are left."

Falls ja, ist es nämlich eine Fälschung. Da ist nämlich kürzlich eine für 50 Pfund über den Tisch gewandert.

Haha, davon hab ich auch gelesen. Nein, das was du meinst, ist das "Drunken Dungeon Sessions", darauf habe ich auch geboten. Erst wollte ich den Hoechstbietenden umbringen, hab dann aber das im Hellrideboard gelesen und mich gefreut...
Meins scheint original zu sein, war jedenfalls keine TDK (kann jetzt nicht nachschauen, bin grad im Urlaub).

"After several years searching, and going through numerous candidates myself and Lennaert Roomer finally made a decision regarding the future vocalist for the band. We came to the conclusion after listening to his audition tapes, that Canadian vocalist ADRIAN MILES was the right man for the job.

People may ask what will Adrian bring to the band, we will answer simply himself. Thats all we ask from him, we decided were not looking to obtain another "typical" metal singer, but rather someone whose voice would fit with what the band has achieved before, and what we will create in the future.

Sehr geil, dass es mit "TO SOL A THANE" jetzt endlich was wird. Ich bin gespannt aber auch skeptisch, ob es das Niveau des Vorgängers erreichen kann.
